The company was established by Paul Fosh in 2001 following a long career in estate agency with companies situated across South Wales. Since 2001 the company has grown into the leading property auction house in Wales.

Based in Newport, South Wales the company has a strong team of highly qualified property and auction house professionals, who are extremely knowledgeable of the South Wales and West Country property market.

Continued growth and expansion is planned for the future as well as the increased use of technology to assist buyers and sellers many of whom are located outside of the area.

Meet the Team:

Sean Roper

Sean has worked within the property sector since 1989. His experience includes working for Royal Insurance Property Services in their corporate division, residential sales in estate agency at trainee negotiator to management level, as well as working for many years in auction houses within Wales, the North West and the South West of England.

Julia Whitton

Julia has worked with estate agencies for over 16 years and has been with Paul Fosh Auctions for almost 10 years. Prior to working for Paul Fosh Auctions she worked as a residential estate agent and also has experience of working in the holiday cottage sector. Julia now works as a valuer covering South and South West Wales.

Sian Coleman

Sian joined Paul Fosh Auctions in August 2004 and holds the position of office manager with the responsibility of the day to day operation of the office. Sian previously worked for the Inland Revenue for over 13 years and a firm of accountants for 11 years.

Heidi Wangemann

Heidi joined Paul Fosh Auctions in 2004 as an administrator. Heidi previously worked for an accountant in Monmouthshire and undertakes the secretarial work within the company, which involves keeping all the valuers on their “toes”.

Gemma Quinn

Gemma first joined Paul Fosh Auctions as an administrative assistant when the company commenced in 2001. Gemma has since taken time out to have her son and now works part time, she assists Heidi with the secretarial work.

Rhianna Burton

Rhianna joined Paul Fosh Auctions as a valuer in May 2008. During the last 10 years Rhianna has worked within the housing sector including a homelessness charity before joining estate agencies as a valuer in west Wales and finally Cardiff.
